Happy Thursday!!!

We are a little excited around here and wanted to share the news with you. Scott came home yesterday from the hangar and informed me that he was suppose to talk to me about something important and that we needed to pray. I said, "OK, what is it?" With him you never know what is brewing. :-) He continued to tell me that he had been approached to go on 2 Rapid Response trips very soon and how did I feel about it. I said, "to where?". I knew of 3 possible trips being planned and wasn't sure which ones he was asked to go on. He said the first one is Feb. 22-March 8th to MFI in Ft. Pierce, FL to take a wing off of a DC-3 and inspect and replace it and the other one is scheduled for May 5-24th to Alaska to help Missionary Aviation Repair Center do a double engine placement in a Piper Navajo. I told him to go and have fun. He told them this morning that he was in. So, as long as plans don't change, those are his soon, up-coming trips so far. The 3rd one that no one has been asked yet to go on and is in the beginning stages of planning is to Korea for MAF-K.

We are leaving tomorrow to go to NC for my cousins wedding and to see a couple of our supporting churches. We will be coming back on Monday.

The boys and I are still very congested and going through a lot of Kleenex. :-) Shaughn has been battling something different. Please pray for complete healing.

We are coming to Brighton on Friday, Feb. 15-18th. Cornerstone Pres. Church in Brighton is having a Missions Month weekend and has invited us to come and share with their body and in a couple of dinners/luncheons that weekend, so, we will be in the area. Scott's mom will be in MD that weekend seeing Scott's sister. Bummer. So, if you have a moment, call us on our cells and we can try to hook up if possible. :-)
