Road to Recovery

Well, I am on my way to recovery now. I had my surgery on Monday and all went well. I must say it is very boring on the couch with my foot up. I started moving about today and trying to get some what of normalcy going. A couple of folks has brought us dinner and what a big help that was. God bless you all for your prayers and for all of your help.
Shaughn started drivers ed and loves it. We found out that after this Sunday, he will be able to drive with us, his parents, during the rest of his training time. I wasn't ready for that until August, when he finishes drivers ed. Things are so different now days.
I just wanted to update everyone that all went good and I go back on Tuesday to get the bandages off. Until then, feel free to write me or come by as I am very bored. :-)
